Shipping & Returns

You can expect the fastest, most reliable delivery of goods from us, and FREE SHIPPING on standard ground orders $50 or more within the contiguous USA.

All standard orders for our fine stationery and gifts will be processed and will ship (leave our warehouse) within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) via UPS ground or USPS. Orders containing personalized items will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Orders received past 2pm Central on Friday will be treated as if received on Monday at 9am Central time. Orders containing personalized items typically require 2-3 business days for creation. For exceptions please call us at 1-800-992-3006 and we will do our best to get your order out immediately.

Our standard orders ship via UPS or USPS, FOB Bowling Green, KY. Shipping includes freight and handling.

  • Orders $50.00 and over ship for FREE
Important UPS Info
  • UPS does not count the pickup day as a day in transit. This means 2-Day, 3-Day and Overnight shipments may take one additional business day.
  • UPS does not ship on weekends.
  • UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. A valid street address is required.
Rush Orders 
  • Guarantee Shipment: standard orders will leave our facility by the next business day and personalized orders will leave our facility within 2 business days for orders placed prior to 2pm Central Time
  • $25 rush fee added to the order
  • unavailable during certain holiday time periods

Returns & Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please contact customer service by email at or by phone at 1-800-992-3006 to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

All returns require authorization by one of our customer service representatives. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All order discrepancy claims must be made within the 10 days of delivery of goods. is not responsible for:
  • Gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
